Choose the level that matches the part of your organisation you want to plan. Start with one Function—a team, department or service—for free, with two editors and unlimited viewers. A paid Business area covers its Functions together; Company brings every Business area into one organisation-wide plan; Enterprise covers several organisations under one contract.

Paid levels include unlimited people in every role: you do not buy extra seats for colleagues who contribute, manage, approve or read the plan. Each person still has the permissions and scope their role allows. The price grows with organisational coverage, rather than the number of people you invite.

Founding offer
The first 15 organisations, or until 31 March 2027, pay £1,990 a year for Business area and £7,490 a year for Company, fixed for two years.
In return we ask for a review at month three, a case study by month six, use of your logo, a quarterly feedback call and up to two reference calls a year.
Your product requests get a considered reply
As a founding or paying customer you can suggest an improvement to waytrk from Help, inside the product. Every product request you send gets a decision and the reason within 10 working days. This promises an answer to every request; it does not promise to build every feature or set a delivery date.
Why we don't charge per person
A strategy only works if people can see it. At their published list prices, giving a 30-person leadership group edit access in per-user goal-setting tools costs €2,880 a year with Perdoo, €3,600 with Mooncamp and $3,600 with Tability, before the other 970 people in a 1,000-person organisation can see the plan. waytrk's Business area level is £3,990 a year with everyone included.

Questions
Who counts as a user?
On the paid levels, nobody is counted: they include unlimited people in every role. A Business area is designed for about 10 Functions. The free level has two editors and unlimited viewers.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes, for any paid level, with your purchase order number on the invoice and 30 days to pay. Access starts when the invoice is issued.
What happens when we need more than the free level?
The free level covers one Function. Adding a second Function moves you to Business area.
Can we cancel?
At any time. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
Will prices change?
We give at least 60 days' notice, and a new price applies only from your next renewal. Founding prices stay fixed for their two years.
