Works with what you have
Start from the spreadsheets and accounts you already use
You don't have to replace anything to start with waytrk. Here is what it works with, and what it doesn't connect to yet.

EXCEL
Bring your Initiatives in from a workbook
Already planning in a spreadsheet? Load a Function's Initiatives from Excel instead of typing them in.
- Download the template, fill it in and upload it from the Function's plan page. Each row is an Initiative: its ID, name, description, planned dates, and whether it is Change or Run work.
- Before anything is saved, waytrk shows what it will add, update or leave alone, and any row it can't read. Upload the workbook again later to update the plan.
- Up to 500 Initiatives in an .xlsx workbook of up to 2 MB. Each import is recorded in the audit trail.
SPREADSHEETS
Take the records behind any view
In Insights, export the records behind a view as a CSV file that opens in Excel or any spreadsheet.
- Export the whole view, or only the records behind one bar, cell or point.
- The file holds only records you can see in waytrk. Each export is recorded in the audit trail.
MICROSOFT
Sign in with your work account
People sign in with their own work account through Microsoft Entra, so your organisation stays in charge of its accounts and passwords.
- We agree the set-up with your IT team before you start.
- We have tested this with test work accounts, not yet with a customer's own Microsoft tenant.
What it doesn't connect to yet
waytrk doesn't connect to delivery tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. If there's a tool you'd like it to work with, tell us: we decide what to build from what customers tell us.
