About us
Who is behind waytrk
A small, founder-led company in Devon, England, building software that shows leaders whether the work their teams plan supports their strategy.
About waytrk
Who is behind waytrk
waytrk is founder-led. The founder has spent nearly 30 years turning strategy into delivery: restarting stalled programmes, redesigning how organisations work and running a software business, across banking, global travel, software and the public sector. An MBA and a degree in software engineering came along the way. Away from plans: ultramarathons and competitive barbecue.
Where waytrk started
With a question leadership teams keep asking: are we doing the right things to move in the direction our strategy sets? Each team's plan lived in its own spreadsheet, so nobody could see which parts of the strategy had no work behind them, or where one team's dates would hold up another's. waytrk answers that from the plans teams already keep.
Founding places
waytrk was founded in 2026, and we are welcoming our founding organisations now: up to 15 that join by 31 March 2027. Founding organisations keep their price for three years and help shape what we build next.
Where we are
Devon, England: where the cream goes on the scone first, the lanes are exactly one tractor wide and the cows have firm views on the weather. A fine place to think clearly about plans. Nothing hurries you except the tide.
Where your data is held
Where you choose. Each organisation chooses where its records are held when it is set up, on Microsoft Azure: the UK, the EU, the United States, Canada, Australia or New Zealand.
