Strategy and measures

How do our priorities turn into Objectives we can measure?

Record the strategy your leaders agreed, add a measure to each Objective, and waytrk works out the status.

In three steps

  1. Record priorities and Objectives

Down the left, in your own words. An Objective with no work behind it shows straight away.

  2. Add a measure to each Objective

Key Results sit on their due dates. A KPI, a key performance indicator, runs to its target.

  3. waytrk works out the status

From each Key Result's reading, target and date. An Owner can still flag it At risk early.

Strategy and measures

What am I looking at?

How your priorities and Objectives are recorded and measured, and how waytrk works out each Key Result's status. The picture builds in three steps; the steps below say the same in words. The examples come from one invented 80-person engineering firm, the same on every page.
